This week at Moray Reach Out, we’re celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 – and this year’s theme is Community!
We asked our amazing staff, volunteers and trainees what they do to cheer themselves up when they’re feeling low, and their responses were heartwarming. From speaking to loved ones to being outdoors – their ideas inspired a beautiful word cloud!
To mark the week, our team also got stuck into gardening at our Buckie head office, learned willow weaving with Martin from Naturally Useful and took part in a communications workshop to support wellbeing at work.
