Yes, if the clothing is faulty and hasn’t been embroidered yet, we can return it free of charge. If the items match the description but you’ve changed your mind, we’re still happy to return them for you – we just ask that you cover the postage cost.
Yes, you’re very welcome to see the garments before embroidery is done. Please just keep in mind that once we let you know they’re ready to view, we’ll need you to pop into the shop as soon as possible.
