MRO Woodwork
Based at our workshop in March Lane, Buckie, the MRO Woodwork Project is where creativity, craftsmanship and confidence come together. Every item we make is handcrafted from scratch by our talented team of staff, volunteers, and trainees – and every piece has a purpose.
We proudly source sustainable wood from trusted local suppliers like MKM and James Jones, ensuring our products are not only beautiful but kind to the planet too.
Empowering Through Woodwork
Our trainees gain practical skills, confidence and pride by learning every stage of the woodworking process. From design to delivery, they get stuck in with:

The workshop is more than a place to build products, it’s a space to build self-esteem and develop real-life work experience.
Handcrafted Products – Made to Order
All of our items are made to order, with great attention to detail. You can find some of our larger products online, which we can deliver for just £5 across Moray, or £25–£50 to surrounding areas including the Highlands and Aberdeenshire.
We also display a selection in our Buckie and Elgin shops, where you can pop in to browse or place an order in person.
