MRO Yarns & Crafts and MRO Thrift Shop are presently closed to the public. If you follow us on Facebook, you will see some of our latest products in our Yarns & Crafts shop and we can post out orders to customers. Our training services reopened on 5th January to deliver support to adults with learning disabilities (our trainees) and individuals recovering from mental health problems. We will reopen to the public as soon as possible as per charity retail guidelines.
MRO Art Yarn is open and is working to support mental health, whilst producing our own hand-spun wool.
MRO Embroidery reopened for trainees on Tuesday 5th January and staff and trainees are able to work on the embroidery will be working behind closed doors for anyone requiring clothing items with or without embroidery for essential workers. MRO Recycling is picking up recycling from customers. Frequency of collections may change to suit customer needs, so please keep us updated of your situation. We appreciate many of our customers are closed due to current restrictions, but let us know if you are still open and requiring collection.
Our staff continue to follow COVID-guidance and robust risk assessments. We will be wearing masks to protect you and we ask that you wear a mask to protect us. Disposable single use masks will be provided at our doors, should you not have your own mask. Hand sanitiser is at each project entrance, and we ask that you sanitise your hands on entry and exit. Safe distancing must be observed, follow any one way systems in place. Staff and Volunteers will be on hand to guide you.

Moray Reach Out Yarns & Crafts, a haberdashery and wool shop located on East Church Street, Buckie stocking a wide range of quality wool, excellent range of buttons, ribbon and basic items for quilters and patchwork.
Moray Reach Out Recycling: Buckie and Moray Reach Out Recycling: Lossiemouth, two recycling centres. A van collection team and processing centre located in Buckie and a processing team which staffs the Lossiemouth Council’s facility.
Moray Reach Out Embroidery & Gifts, located on the High Street of Elgin provides corporate, industrial, sportswear and leisurewear as well as an extensive range of gifts.
As part of our embroidery service, In Stitches produces high quality Corporate Embroidery including work wear.
