What is the mro sponsorship fund?
The MRO Sponsorship Fund is a dedicated fund created to make sure adults with disabilities can continue to access life-enhancing work placements and training opportunities at Moray Reach Out.
As a local charity, we run a range of social enterprises where individuals can build confidence, develop valuable skills, and gain a true sense of purpose and belonging. Our supportive, inclusive environment helps people grow, improve their wellbeing, and work towards greater independence in their everyday lives.
However, reductions in local authority contracts mean we are unable to offer as many placements as the community needs. The MRO Sponsorship Fund was set up to bridge this gap, ensuring that these vital opportunities remain open to those who benefit from them most.
